"Our first priority has always been customer service. As we've grown to accommodate our customers' needs, we simply outgrew our former offices. This move makes it possible for us to continue to improve our service levels", Mr. Fenimore said.

The company has consolidated its computer center and corporate staff into the new building, located at 106 Allen Road in Liberty Corner, NJ. The new offices are readily accessible from Exit 33 off of Rt. 78 West in New Jersey, as well as from Rt. 287.

"Many of the carriers we serve have relocated further west in New Jersey, and this move brings us closer to our customers,” Mr. Fenimore added.

Columbia Coastal Transport has been providing regularly scheduled container feeder services for more than ten years. The company deploys 16 U.S.-flag container barges in regularly scheduled feeder service operations to and from 11 ports on the U.S. Atlantic and Gulf coasts, plus Freeport Bahamas. Ports served include New York/New Jersey, Boston and Portland, ME in the Northeast; New York, Philadelphia and Baltimore in the Mid-Atlantic; Wilmington, Charleston, Savannah and Jacksonville, Port Everglades and Miami in the Southeast; Houston and New Orleans in the Gulf; and Freeport, Bahamas in the West Indies.
